Note: Demo by instructor only except on-site. Archiving, purging, and retrieving a number of jobs by a group of students at the same time would overload the system set up in the classroom. Students can try this out at the end of the day's schedule if they wish.

  1. From Job Finder, select two jobs that you completed earlier in this training.
    Note: You can select a maximum of 30 jobs at one time.
  2. From the Process menu (or right-click the selected files), select Storage > Archive > Archive > ArchiveSelected.
  3. In the Start Process dialog box, check the Selected Item(s), and click OK.
  4. Check the visible column Archive Status for the current status.
