Minimize Window (Mac OS only)

Switch between displaying the main window as an icon in the dock and the most recent window size.

Zoom Window (Mac OS only)

Switch between displaying the main window at maximum screen size and the most recent smaller window size.



Bring All to FrontBring all Prinergy VPS open windows, dialog boxes, and palettes to the front of your screen.

Show/Hide Navigation Palette (Mac OS)

Switch between showing and hiding the Navigation palette.



Show/Hide Separations Palette (Mac OS)

Switch between showing and hiding the Separations palette.


Show/Hide Measurement Palette (Mac OS)

Measurement Palette (Windows)


Switch between showing and hiding the Measurement palette. The Measurement palette is displayed automatically when you select the Measure tool.


Arrange Palettes

Move the NavigationSeparations, and Measurement palettes:

  • In Mac OS, move the palettes to the right side of the window, one above the other.
  • In Windows, select one of these four different ways to reposition the palette that are currently visible.
  • Float Left moves the palettes to the left side of the main window, one above the other. Any docked palettes are undocked and float above the main window.
  • Float Right moves the palettes to the right side of the main window, one above the other. Any docked palettes are undocked and float above the main window.
  • Dock Left docks the palettes along the left side of the main window, one above the other.
  • Dock Right docks the palettes along the right side of the main window, one above the other.

Shift  P

Float Left: Ctrl+Shift+E
Float Right: Ctrl+Shift+P
Dock Left: Ctrl+Shift+D
Dock Right: Ctrl+D
CascadeDisplay the open windows as overlapping tiles.

Shift  J

Ctrl+Shift+J
Tile HorizontallyDisplay the open windows as non-overlapping horizontal tiles.

Shift  K

Ctrl+Shift+K
Tile VerticallyDisplay the open windows as non-overlapping vertical tiles.

Shift  L

Close All (Mac OS) 

Close All Jobs (Windows operating system)


Close all open windows.
