One of the most common tasks in Workshop is starting processes. Any element can undergo some sort of processing. For example, you refine input files, generate proofs, make film or plates, and archive job files.
In general, you start a process by selecting the elements to be processed, and then selecting the desired process template. For example, you drag an input file to a refine process template, or drag an imposition to an imposition proof process.
The Process Templates pane also includes workflow templates. If you use rules-based automation, the Process Templates pane also displays rule sets that have been enabled on the job.
