Selecting all objects with the same properties

1. To select all objects with the same properties:
   • In the Mac OS, press Control, and click in the Acrobat window.
   • In Windows, right-click in the Acrobat window.
2. In the selection menu, click one of the following menu items:
   
   1. • Select all objects of type
        
      • Select all objects using Screen
        
      • Select all objects using Calibration Curve
        
      • To clear the selection list and return the page to the default screening, click Deselect all.

   A selected item appears highlighted with the color you specified in the Adobe Acrobat Preferences menu.

3. To add more items:
   
   1. • In the Mac OS, press Control+Shift+click to display the selection menu, and then select a menu item.
      • In Windows, press Shift+right-click to display the selection menu, and then select a menu item.

   This adds to the already-accumulated selection list in the Properties Editor.

4. To remove a selected item from the selection list using the selection menu, display the menu again and Shift+click on a menu item to clear that selection.
