- Click the Plate Builder Tool button to start a Plate Builder session.
- Select an object or objects.
- On the Plate Builder toolbar, click Remove selected objects from separation.
- In the Remove Selected Objects from Separation dialog box, select an object.
- Click OK.
The highlight color returns to the Object Selection color.
