Plates can be backed up if all of the following criteria are met:
- The press sheet is centered on the plate.
- The work style is sheetwise, work and turn, or work and tumble.
- The plate is never cut to a smaller size, for example, if you are using a larger plate size than needed.
If the above criteria are met, then if the plates back up, the press sheets and pages will also back up.
