The PDF Trap Editor version that is made available for your session may depend on the number of PDF Trap Editor licenses currently in use at your site (that are managed by the Prinergy server for network-connected clients).
For example, your site is licensed for operating several instances of PDF Trap Editor. If you try to open PDF Trap Editor from your client and all PDF Trap Editor licenses at your site are being used, the server will send a report that lists the currently licensed users and number of licenses on the server. After you receive this information, you can perform one of the following actions:
- Try to access PDF Trap Editor again.
- Open PDF Trap Viewer instead.
