After the first refine, you can manage colors by doing another refine.
To do another refine, you select refined pages, select a refine process template, but before clicking the OK button, select Color Mappings in the Start Process dialog box.
In the Color Mappings dialog box, you can add alias color names, map colors to each other, specify color print order, and add or edit job-specific color definitions. If your input files contain spot colors and you do not want to output all of them, you can reduce the spot colors by mapping them to other colors or converting them to process colors.
You can also control how spot colors are handled by using the Spot Color Handling section of the refine process template.
To view color information, add the Page Colors column to the Pages pane of the Pages view or the Separations view.
