Your ability to use DotShop for your screening session depends on the number of DotShop licenses currently in use at your site. The Prinergy server manages the licenses for network-connected clients.
For example, if your site is licensed for operating several instances of DotShop, and you try to start DotShop from your client when all DotShop licenses at your site are being used, the server will send you a report that lists the currently licensed users and number of licenses on the server. You will be unable to start Dotshop, and you can try to access DotShop again later.
