Here is a sample of the Job Browser dialog box showing the signatures and color separations for a job.
You can select from a list of past as well as current RIPed files.
Clicking the Open button will open all jobs and related files that have a check mark beside them:
- To add additional files, click the check box in each row to add a check mark.
- To prevent files from being opened, click the check box in each row to remove the check mark.
Note: Clicking a check box of a parent row (that is, a job, a signature, a web, and/or a surface) will also select/clear any of its child rows (that is, a job, a signature, a web, and/or separations).
Also shown are work style and page orientation icons, used when checking backup. These icons also appear on the Status bar for an opened preview file.
