Updates the contents of the current window
as Thumbnails
Displays the contents of pane as thumbnails, which are low-resolution sample images.
as List
Displays the contents pane in a list. In this case, each item is represented by a line of descriptive text.
Expand All
Expands all items in the selected view or pane.
Collapse All
Collapses all items in the selected view or pane.
Pages
Displays the Pages view of Job Manager.
Signatures
Displays the Signatures view of Job Manager.
Separations
Displays the Separations view of Job Manager.
Storage
Displays the Storage view of Job Manager.
History
Displays the History view of Job Manager.
Visible Columns
Use to display and hide columns in the current window or pane. When you select this menu item, the Visible Columns dialog box appears. In this dialog box, select the columns that you want to display, and clear the columns that you want to hide.
The columns that can be displayed vary from window to window.
