Make sure that you have configured a Acrobat Distiller job option file to distill PostScript files to PDF files for Prinergy.
Note: If your customers have Acrobat Distiller, you can give them the recommended settings file to use on their own workstations. Distribute the following file and have the customer place it in the same location: Adobe Acrobat\Distiller\Settings\Prinergy Pages.joboptions.

- Open Acrobat Distiller.
- In the Default Settings box, select Prinergy Marks to use the recommended Prinergy settings.
You can view the settings by selecting Edit Adobe PDF Setting from the Settings menu. Click OK or Cancel to close the Adobe PDF Settings dialog box. - Drag files to be distilled onto the Acrobat Distiller dialog box.
