About Prinergy Digital Submit

When files are submitted for printing using the Prinergy Digital Submit software, they are processed using rules created in RBA.
The Prinergy Digital Submit window—part of the Prinergy Digital Print software—contains a list of rule sets that process files for printing on digital presses. To add rule sets to the list, use Rule Set Builder to start a rule set with the Digital Submit trigger event, and then enable it. The rule set automatically appears in the Digital Submit window.
Users of the Digital Submit software can drag files onto the rule set for digital processing, provide a job name, and set job properties such as the quantity to print, due date, and shipping information. Prinergy automatically creates the job, adds the content and metadata, and begins the processing defined by the rule set.
If you add the Create Document action to the rule set, the document is automatically listed in the Prinergy Digital Direct window, which is also part of the Prinergy Digital Print software. In Digital Direct, users can change the document's parameters.
