If you have Prepress Portal, Storefront, or PressProof connected to your primary server, you must run the InSite Configuration Utility (ICU) after the upgrade, and also check the job share and file share in InSite Administration.

  1. On the InSite/PressProof server, open a command-prompt window.
  2. Type icu.
    The InSite and w3svc services stop, and the ICU wizard appears.
  3. Click Next.
  4. On the Prinergy primary server Info screen, confirm the name and IP address of the primary server. If incorrect, type the correct server name and/or IP address.
  5. Click Next until the Configuration Summary screen appears.
  6. Click Apply.
  7. When configuration is finished, click Next, and then click Close.
  8. Click Close.
  9. Open a command line and type net start insite.
  10. Type exit.
  11. Click the InSite Administrator shortcut on the server desktop.
  12. Select Configuration Settings > Workflow.
  13. In the Job Server for InSite Jobs box, check that the name of the primary server is correct. If incorrect, type the correct server name.
  14. In the Job Server Share Name box, check that the name of the job share is correct. For example, AraxiVolume_<ServerName>_J (where ServerName is the name of the primary server).
  15. Click Update.
