After creating new IS screen instances, deleting, or manually hiding screen sets in the screen set directory on a Prinergy primary server, you must copy the modified screen set directory to all secondary servers and render stations that have output JTPs. Otherwise, this error message appears: 'Attempted to retrieve a parameter which has no values common to all JTPs in the pool'
In an environment that has multiple Prinergy Evo systems, to ensure consistent screening from all servers, you must copy a screen set directory modified on one server to all other servers.
