Add 
In the center pane, click to add a new size. For example, 8.5x11.
Delete 
In the center pane, click to delete the selected size.
Sort by list
Click the arrow on the right side of the center pane to display the list of sorting categories. Select the category by which to sort the list.
Size Name
Type a name for this size. Recommended names are combinations of width and height—for example, 12mmWx6mmH.
Compatible with
Select the entities that this size can be used with. Options include Substrate, Media, and Page.
Size Width
Type the size width.
Size Height
Type the size height.
