In versions earlier than Prinergy and Prinergy Evo 4.0, only one calibration curve could be applied at output. You had to make a single curve that combined the TRC with the bump curve. If you have a version earlier than 4.0 installed, you should use the target curve for tone reproduction. With this method, the current curve will adjust for minimum dot, and the target curve will manage press gain. Separating the calibration curves in this manner helps to prevent confusion when making tone reproduction adjustments, as the purpose and effect of each curve is kept separate.
