You can determine which users will be allowed to create and edit process templates in Prinergy. This is done by setting user rights in Prinergy Administrator.
When a user who doesn't have the right to edit process templates is logged into Prinergy Workshop, an [x] appears to the right of the Process Template Editor menu options and the menu options are unavailable. In addition, clicking Edit Process Templates in the Start Process window will allow you to only check the process template parameters and not change and save them.
