  1. In the top-right area of the Files pane, select one of the following view options from the Files menu,

    • Filename List
    • Thumbnail List
    • Thumbnail Grid
    • Spread List
  2. Click the name or thumbnail of the file that you want to display. You can also type the page number in the pages   box to go directly to a specific page.
    Note: If the file is a multi-page file, the file thumbnail will be selected in the files list, but you must then manually click on the file in order to display all pages in the Files list and be able to select and open specific pages in Smart Review.
  3. If the file you select is a single-page file, clicking Previous Page  will display the file before the one currently displayed, and clicking Next Page  to display the file after the one currently displayed.
  4. If the file you select is a multi-page file, clicking Previous Page  will display the page before the one currently displayed, and clicking Next Page  to display the page after the one currently displayed.

Viewing files in Single View or Spread View mode

You can view a single page in Smart Review in Single View or you can view two files at a time in Spread View.

 Note: You cannot view rotated files in Spread View.

Change the file that is displayed in Single View mode

Perform one of the following actions:

  • In the Files pane, click the name or thumbnail of the file that you want to display.
  • Click Previous Page or Next Page.
  • In the Pages box , type the number of the page that you want to display.

Change the files that are displayed in Spread View mode

Perform one of the following actions:

  • Click Previous Page  to display the files (in Reader Spread mode) before the ones currently displayed, or click Next Page  to display the pages after the ones currently displayed.
  • In the Files pane, right-click (Cntrl+click on a Mac computer) the page that you want to Assign to Left or Right View in your spread view.
  • No labels
