The Smart Review user interface consists of the Files list (1), Page Compare tools (2), the Canvas viewing area (10), View and Zoom tools (3), Annotation tools (4), Preflight Reports (5), Annotations and Comments (7)(8), and Review/Approval Status (9).

File Thumbnail Status Icon

If a file has not yet been Approved or Rejected, the file Thumbnail will display a small Question mark icon  .

If a file has been Rejected, the Page Thumbnail will display a red X icon   .


If a file has been Approved, the Page Thumbnail will display a green checkmark icon .

To Launch Smart Review

Double-click a file in a Job, or select a file and click on the Smart Review button
