Cloud Connector Output

In order to automate output of PDFs to hot or static folders using Workflow Pipelines, it is necessary to have Cloud Connector software installed and configured on the Tenant network.

The Cloud Connector downloads PDFs from PRINERGY Access in the cloud and copies them to designated shares on the customer network.

Cloud Connector software runs within a Virtual Machine installed on-premise at the Tenant site. The Cloud Connector Virtual Machine is available for Microsoft Hyper-V or VMware ESXi hosts, running on either a Hyper-V server (Windows 10, 11, 2016 or 2019) or an ESXi VMware host (vSphere 6.5 and higher).

Kodak expects that many customers will choose a Hyper-V host running on an existing Windows 10/11 computer, as Hyper-V is included as part of Microsoft Windows operating Systems.

Customers with more expertise with virtualization may choose to deploy on an existing Hyper-V or VMware ESXi host.

Cloud Connector System Requirements

The system requirements for running the VM are minimal:

  • Single core CPU
  • 2GB RAM
  • 20GB free disk space. 
  • Windows OS:
    • Windows 10 Pro (or higher)
    • Windows 11 Pro (or higher)
    • Windows Server 2016
    • Windows Server 2019
