How to configure Customers for PRINERGY Access

  1. Navigate to the Administration tab in PRINERGY Portal

  2. Select Customers
  3. Click the Add button
  4. Under the Customer Info tab, enter the Customer Name
  5. Enter all relevant Company contact information
  6. Click Workflows for Upload drop-down menu and select all Workflow Pipelines you would like to have available for the customer to use for Upload Processing.
  7. Select the Customer CSR tab and select all Staff Users associated with the Customer. This Customer will now be visible in the My Customers view for all designated Customer CSRs.
