How to configure Customers for PRINERGY Access
Navigate to the Administration tab in PRINERGY Portal
- Select Customers
- Click the Add button
- Under the Customer Info tab, enter the Customer Name
- Enter all relevant Company contact information
- Click Workflows for Upload drop-down menu and select all Workflow Pipelines you would like to have available for the customer to use for Upload Processing.
- Select the Customer CSR tab and select all Staff Users associated with the Customer. This Customer will now be visible in the My Customers view for all designated Customer CSRs.
