Click the Edit button 
with Preflight selected to get the Preflight Properties panel, which allows you to select a Preflight Profile from the Profile drop-down list, and choose whether the Profile Application should be Analyze or Analyze and Fix.
When finished with Profile configuration, click the Close button 
in the top right-hand corner to close the Edit panel and return to the main Configuration panel.
