You can create a simple RBA rule that reads the XML files produced by the Prepress Portal software, and then sends the data to the PLA software to create a layout.
To read the XML file as soon as it is created in Prepress Portal, you must use the InSite Info Sheet updated event to trigger the actions in the rule, even though RBA rules that are used in PLA normally begin with the Layout Automation Job Created event.
