Ensure the monitor luminance is set to a fixed value. For information about setting the monitor luminance, see the Matchprint Virtual Quick Start Guide for your configuration.
At the Dock, click the Matchprint Virtual folder icon
.Select MVCalibrator and in the MV Calibrate window that appears, on the right-hand side, click
.- Verify that the luminance mode is set to Fixed Luminance—the fixed luminance value that was measured during calibration is displayed by the Luminance Adjust slider and box.
Note: To avoid luminance variations and an ever-decreasing luminance level—to which the viewing booth must repeatedly be matched—do not select Maximum Luminance Method. - Click Quit.
