Symptoms
On Matchprint Inkjet proofers, the leading edge of banners prints with unwanted white space.
Cause
Due to a limitation in the PDF file format, images larger than 200 inches (508 cm) at 720 dpi, 100 inches (254 cm) at 1440 dpi, or 400 inches (1016 cm) at 360 dpi print with unwanted white space on the leading edge. The size of the white space increases with the length of the original image.
