This procedure sets the schedule for emptying sheets from the trash and deleting sheets from the system.

  1. In Proofer Administrator, click the Proofer icon, and click the Maintenance
  2. Select the Delete Sheet check box.
  3. Perform one of the following actions:

To delete sheets

Do this

After a specified number of hours

Select the After hours in trash option, and type the number of hours.

After a specified number of days

Select the After days in trash option, and type the number of days.

4. Click Apply.
