You generate reports using report templates for the selected proofer. If you need a report template you do not have, you can import report templates from another proofer.

Reports are created as PDF files. The proofer does not save a copy of the report. If you want to keep a copy, save the PDF file.

  1. Perform one of the following actions:

    Proofer Viewer

    Click the Reports button.

    Proofer Administrator

    Click the proofer you want to connect to, and click the Reports tab.

  2. Select a report.
  3. Click Run.
    The Report Parameters dialog box displays.
  4. If the report does not require parameters, the Report Parameters dialog box is blank and you can skip this step. For reports that require parameters, select each parameter in the dialog box to specify the settings for that parameter. Follow the instructions in the Report Parameters dialog box to set report parameters until all parameters are set.
  5. Click Generate Report.
