When a proofer error occurs, the proofer stops. In the Proofer Client, the
icon appears in the Status display area, and an error message appears in the proofer display area.
The system waits for you to fix the problem and clear the error. If you do not know how to fix the problem, click the Help button (beside the Clear Error button) to open this online help system to the relevant topic.
Jobs that fail in the proofer drop back into the proofer queue and the error message displays in the proofer area.
