Deleting an item

1. In Controller Viewer, click the Queue button.
2. Click  (PC) or  (Macintosh) to display the pages, proofs, sheets, and proof copies for a file.
3. Select a file, page, proof, sheet, or a proof copy.
4. Do one of the following actions:
   • Click .
   • Right-click and select Delete to delete the selected item.
   • Right-click and select Delete this and older to delete the selected item as well as all older items.

The selected item is immediately deleted and cannot be recovered. It is not put in the trash.
