Deleting a proof or sheet

You can delete any proof or sheet from the Queues window or the Trash window. Sheets deleted from the Proofer queue move to the Trash window, where you can resubmit them if necessary. Sheets and proofs deleted from the Trash are removed from the system permanently, and you cannot resubmit them.

To delete a proof from a sheet, use the Sheet Editor.

1. In the Proofer Viewer, click the Queues  button.
2. Select a sheet or proof.
3. Click the button.

The selected item is deleted from the queue.
