Note: This feature is available only for Matchprint Inkjet proofers with the Open Connectivity Kit.
The color gradation feature enables you to manually adjust color using curves. Adjustments are applied to CMYK colors, not spot colors, for the content (raster and vector) of all files submitted to the hot folder or virtual printer. The following table summarizes which elements of a page are affected by color gradation adjustments.

In addition, you cannot use color gradation with the Certified Process for Color Confirmation; separated, screened input files; and halftone emulation.
Note: For the best color results, use ICC color management instead of color gradation.
