Maximum

Displays the maximum measured number followed by the maximum tolerance number

Average

Displays the average measured number followed by the average tolerance number

Total Reduction in Maximum Error

Displays a number after you perform one or more optimization rounds

Total Reduction in Average Error

Displays a number after you perform one or more optimization rounds

ΔE94 and ΔEab

Specifies how to display the measurement results and tolerance information. The measurement results are in ΔE94. However, you can view the measurements results in ΔEab if desired.
When you select the ΔEab button, the measurement results appear in ΔEab, and the tolerance information is hidden from view. Select the ΔE94 button to display the measurement and
tolerance information.

Trend Tab

Displays the following information in a graph:

  • The colored line at the top of the graph identifies the tolerance number for maximum deviation.
  • The second colored line at the top of the graph identifies the tolerance number for average deviation.
  • One colored bar identifies the maximum measured numbers for the initial check and subsequent optimization steps, if used.
  • The other colored bar identifies the average measured numbers for the initial check and subsequent optimization steps, if used.

Initial Check Tab

Displays the measurements from the first chart that you printed and measured for the Precision Color Calibration Wizard. The following information appears in the graph:

  • The colored line at the top of the graph identifies the tolerance number for maximum deviation.
  • The second colored line at the top of the graph identifies the tolerance number for average deviation.
  • The colored bars show the measurement of the color patch for the initial check.

Optimization Step Tab

Displays the measurements from the last chart that you printed and measured for the Precision Color Calibration Wizard. The name of the tab identifies the optimization step, for example, optimization step 1, optimization step 2, and so on. The following information appears in the graph:

  • The colored line at the top of the graph identifies the tolerance number for maximum deviation.
  • The second colored line at the top of the graph identifies the tolerance number for average deviation.
  • The black bars show the measurements of the color patch for the previous optimization step.
  • The colored bars show the measurement of the color patch for the optimization step.
