Recreating color bars to align crosshairs

When crosshairs are misaligned on a color bar, you must edit the color bar to specify the correct settings to ensure that the crosshairs will be aligned. Kodak Proofing Software requires you to save the color bar with a new name.

1. Measure the color bar on the proof with the misaligned crosshairs to confirm the height, width, gap height, gap width, margins, and rotation.
2. In Proofer Administrator:
   1. Edit the color bar. 
   2. Use the correct measurements to complete the options on the Patches tab.
   3. Save the color bar with a new name.
3. To ensure that the crosshairs are aligned, resubmit the PDF file of the color bar artwork to the workflow software.
4. To avoid confusion, in Proofer Administrator, delete the old color bar with the misaligned crosshairs.
