When the Service Window is open, the proofer can't perform any other tasks. In addition, only one Proofer Client application can open the Service Window at a time. All other clients are locked out.
Note: You can also display the Service window by clicking on the current error in the Processor queue on the Queues window.
- In Proofer Viewer, pause the Proofer queue (if there are any sheets waiting).
- If necessary, cancel a sheet that is being printed or wait for it to finish printing.
- In Proofer Viewer, click the Maintenance
button. - Click the Service button.
If the proofer is performing another task, it may not let you open the Service window. If so, wait until the system is idle before attempting to open the Service window again.
