Loading media on inkjet proofers

Requirements:

• The media type must be set in Proofer Viewer for the device.

• Always allow media to acclimate for 48 hours in the printing area before opening.
• Ensure the paper is straight when you load it. If the paper is not straight at the loading process, you cannot straighten it later on.

Kodak roll media comes with a 2-inch or 3-inch cardboard core. Perform the following actions:

• If needed, attach the core adapters that came with your Epson proofer to the spool caps.
• Ensure the spool caps are tight against the ends of the roll media. The media should roll off the spool from the top.
• Ensure the media has no bent corners or damaged edges.
