Creating default Fogra color bars

Create a color bar using the Fogra artwork included with Kodak Proofing Software.

Note: In some regions, the Fogra color bar requires a license.

1. In Proofer Administrator, click the Proofer icon, and click the Color Bars tab.
2. Click New.
3. In the New Color Bar dialog box, perform the following actions:
   1. In the Name box, type a name for the color bar.
   2. In the Spectrophotometer list, select the spectrophotometer and filter that you will use to measure the color bar.
   3. In the Artwork list, select one of the artworks that are provided for Fogra.
      For example, Default Fogra (version 2.0), Default Fogra v3 (version 3.0), or one of the Fogra v3 color bars for the various standards, such as Fogra v3 MK1Z.
4. Click Next.
5. On the Color Targets tab, perform the following actions:
   1. In the Characterization Standard list, select a Fogra standard. 
      For spectrophotometers with a UV filter, the Characterization Standard list may be empty. When the list is empty, on the Settings tab, select the Snapshot Color Values on Next Reading check box.
   2. To view all of the options, click the Triangle icon.
6. On the Settings tab, set the options as needed.
7. Click Save.
