Effective June 1st, 2026, Kodak will discontinue all hardware sales related to the Software business due to vendor constraints.
Moving forward, Kodak will provide service and support for VOE (Virtual Operating Environment) configurations ONLY. This means all new installations of our Workflow Software will not be installed natively on the server hardware itself.
Important: Windows operating systems cannot be upgraded on the KPS MPI controller: if a newer version of operating system is required, you must upgrade the controller supporting the latest operating system.
The following KPS controllers are supported for upgrades:
- Dell Pro Slim Plus XE5
- Dell OptiPlex XE4 Small Form Factor
- Dell OptiPlex XE3 Small Form Factor
Controllers must have:
- Windows 10 IoT LTSC (Pro Slim Plus XE5)
- Windows 10 IoT LTSC (OptiPlex XE4)
- Windows 10 IoT LTSC (OptiPlex XE3)
