You can use the Service window to check the current error.
- In Proofer Viewer, click the Maintenance button.
- Click the Service
- In the Service Tree, navigate to Procedures> Get Current Error.
- Click Get Current Error.
- Click Go.
The proofer software retrieves the current error and displays it in the Error field at the bottom of the Service window. Once you have dealt with the current error, you need to clear it.
