No sheets match currently loaded ink or media.
Cause
The currently loaded media type setting does not match the media type required for the next proof in the queue. For more details about this error, go to the Events window.
Solution
- From the menu bar, click Set Device Configuration dialog box. to display the
- In the Media Type list, ensure that the selected media type matches what is loaded on the proofer. If they don't match, select the media type that is on the proofer.
- Click OK.
- Ensure the media type, sheet or roll, is set correctly both in the layout and in the front panel of the proofer.
- Clear the error.
- If the problem persists, create an error report, and contact your service representative.
