When a service representative is helping you to diagnose a problem, you might be asked to generate an error report. Or, if there's a serious problem with the software, the system may prompt you to create a report.
- In Proofer Finder, in the Controller list, select a Proofer Controller.
- From the Help menu, select Create error report.
- Set the options as desired.
- Click OK.
- Save the report, using the name suggested by the software.
