- In Proofer Viewer, click Queues.
- If the proofer is currently proofing, running a cleaning cycle, or processing a job, wait until the system is idle; and then pause the Proofer and Processor
- Close Proofer Viewer.
- Open Proofer Administrator.
- In Proofer Administrator, click the Controllericon, and click the Software
- Click Reboot.
