- Locate the slot containing the empty ink cartridge and press down on the top of the clamp and pull it forward.
- Carefully pull the empty ink cartridge straight out of the slot.
- Ensure the replacement ink cartridge is the correct type and color, remove the cartridge from the sealed package and gently shake it.
- Hold the ink cartridge with the arrow mark on the left side pointing towards the proofer, then insert the ink cartridge into the slot. Do not force the cartridge.
- Push the cartridge clamp back up and check that the Ink Out light is off.
- If necessary, press Reset on the proofer.
