Sheet name display area

Displays the name of the selected proof. Located on the top section of the palette.

Location

Shows the coordinates of the currently-selected proof. The 0,0 point, also called the "origin," is the top, left corner of the sheet. These coordinates indicate the distance between the origin and the top, left corner of the proof. The X-axis runs across the width of the sheet (mainscan). The Y-axis runs along the length of the sheet (subscan).

Changing these coordinates moves the proof to a precise location on the sheet. If you enter coordinates that will move a proof out of the imageable area, the palette will not accept the settings.

Cropping insets

Rotation

Shows the current orientation of the proof and provides tools to rotate the proof to four positions: 0, 90, 180, and 270. In other words, choosing 90 degrees does not rotate the proof 90 degrees but moves it to the 90 degree position in relation to the original orientation of the proof. The 0 degree position is the original orientation of the proof.
