3rd Party Applications
Kodak will not provide support for any 3rd party application when installed on a VDI from Kodak. This includes the Adobe Creative Suite. Only Kodak supplied applications are supported by Kodak. It is the customers responsibility to manage and support 3rd party applications if they are installed on the VDI. Please note - Kodak Support may request that 3rd party applications be uninstalled as a troubleshooting measure.
Adobe Applications should be installed on the local computer and a HiRes PDF with fonts included should be copied over to the VDI.
