Requirements:
  • You have created the page groups.
  • You must have a job role that includes the Assign Pages To Groups right.

Note: You can add the same page to more than one group.

  1. Locate the job, and click the job name.
    The job's pages are displayed.
  2. In the list, right-click one or more pages to add to the group.
  3. In the menu that appears, select Add to Group.
  4. Select the group to which you want the pages to belong.
  5. In the confirmation message, if any pages belong to other groups and you want to remove the pages from the other groups, select the Remove these pages from the groups they already belong to check box.
  6. Click Add Pages.
