Cookie notification on login page
Cookie notification appears on the login page and you can confirm and accept the agreement.
Database backup and tablespace monitoring
Database backup results and database tablespace status can be viewed in the Administration page. You can also setup email notifications, so that the recipients can receive email notifications containing the database backup results and database tablespace status information.
User activity auditing capability
System includes the optional ability to log user actions, through a tool on the InSite Creative Administration page. It captures a host of user information, such as:
- Login success
- Login failure
- User locked out
- Upload file (including file details: name, size, etc)
- Download file (including file details: name, size, etc)
Logs can be saved or automatically deleted in timed intervals. The directory for the logs can be set by the customer, on a different server if preferred. Logs can be set to start anew on the server restart.
