Note: This feature is available only when the Enable Annotation Work Progress feature check box in the Administration page is selected.
After you or other users adds an annotation to an image, you can set the annotation completion status for the annotation.
Set the annotation completion status when you complete reviewing the annotation or the action requested by the annotation has been completed.
To open an annotation, in the Annotation panel, click or roll over an annotation.
To set the status, select the Work Completed check box.
- Click Done.
As long as the task status is not set, you can select or clear the Work Completed check box anytime to switch the status.
