Generating a barcode annotation

  1. (Optional) In the Content Check panel, if you want to inspect only a certain region in the image, Select the Select a region tool, , and draw a rectangle in the image to specify the area.
  2. Select the Barcode check box.
  3. In the DPI box, type the DPI value to use for the inspection.
  4. Click Generate to begin the inspection process. This may take a several seconds depending on the contents of the image.
    Once the process completes and if a barcode is found, a new barcode annotation appears in the image and under the annotation panel.

Generating a braille annotation

  1. (Optional) In the Content Check panel, if you want to inspect only a certain region in the image, Select the Select a region tool, , and draw a rectangle in the image to specify the area.
  2. Select the Braille check box.
  3. In the DPI box, type the DPI value to use for the inspection.
  4. In the Language list, select the braille language.
  5. Click Generate to begin the inspection process. This may take a several seconds depending on the contents of the image.
    Once the process completes and if a braille is found, a new braille annotation appears in the image and under the annotation panel.

Generating a spell check annotation

  1. (Optional) In the Content Check panel, if you want to inspect only a certain region in the image, Select the Select a region tool, , and draw a rectangle in the image to specify the area.
  2. Select the Spell Check check box.
  3. In the Dictionary list, select the dictionary language.
  4. Click Generate to begin the inspection process. This may take a several seconds depending on the contents of the image.
    Once the process completes and if a spelling error is found, a new spell check annotation appears in the image and under the annotation panel.

Generating a text compare annotation

  1. (Optional) In the Content Check panel, if you want to inspect only a certain region in the image, Select the Select a region tool, , and draw a rectangle in the image to specify the area.
  2. Select the Text Compare check box.
  3. In the Reference File list, select another task element as a reference file.
  4. Click Generate to begin the inspection process. This may take a several seconds depending on the contents of the image.
    Once the process completes and if a text difference is found, a new text compare annotation appears in the image and under the annotation panel.
