An element is an individual image, piece of artwork, or other file. You can work with elements in a project or library.
Depending on your user rights, you can:
- Share elements with other users by uploading and downloading elements.
- Organize elements by copying, moving, renaming, and deleting them.
- Use the search feature to find elements that you want to reuse.
- View and modify attributes for elements in a project and library.
- View elements in Smart Review and collaborate on reviews with other users.
- Create tasks for users to perform on an element, and set the status of the task.
- View all tasks in which an element has been added as a task element in the Task Summary pane.
